ABOUT

HELLO! I’m a Digital Matte Painter, Compositor, Concept Artist and veteran Visual Effects soldier, whose work has appeared in many feature films, TV shows, commercials and games. I started this journey back in 1997 working as a 3D Generalist on computer games, before I transitioned to feature films, where I discovered my Photoshop abilities and eye for detail and color made a natural transition into Matte Painting. Over the past 20+ years of my career I’ve learned a great deal about versatility, communication, and visual problem solving - usually under the gun of a tight deadline! So give me a shout, and let’s collaborate on some cool projects together!

WHAT I DO. Digital Matte Painting: complete environments, set extension, set enhancement, set replacement, virtual sets and locations, and 2.5D camera projection. Compositing: 2.5D camera projection, live action, animation, keying, camera tracking, paint and rotoscoping. 3D: modeling, texturing, shading, lighting and rendering. Concepts. Illustration. Photo Editing.

LOCATION. My location is your location! Since 2010 I've been operating as a remote freelancer, telecommuting around the globe from my home studio, now based in Atlanta. Though I love to travel to work on site when the project requires!
